Student Prerequisites

Equipment Preparation Course (EPC)

There is a prerequisite WBT/CBT for the EPC.  It is the “Equipment Preparation Introductory Course” (EPIC) found on the AMC ADLS website.  Air Force students should be able to access ADLS from the AF Portal.  All other students need to follow the steps found on the file:

The fastest way to download the file is to “right click”, then “save target as…”
A 1½” three-ring binder will help students organize the syllabus.
Students attending the EPC need to bring: pen, pencil, highlighter, and a calculator. They should have work gloves for “hands-on” training.  Each student will need his/her own printed copy of the:

Airlift Load Planning Course (APC)

Students attending the APC will be required to have an active account with ICODES Enterprise. ARNG students attending a class on a ANG/AF installation, using an ANG/AF network, will require prior coordination with the Host Unit Communications Flight.  All students attending the APC will also need to bring: pen, pencil, highlighter, and a calculator.  Each student will need his/her own printed copy of the following:

Here are the instructions to gain ICODES access:
1) Go to website:  https://eta.sddc.army.mil
2) Click “Accept” on the Security Banner
3) Click on “New User Registration” (found on left side of screen, middle of the page)
4) Scroll down the page and check “ICODES Enterprise” (NOT “ICODES Training”)
5) Continue to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Generate Request Form”
6) Complete the form with your info (follow directions), and “Submit Request”.
Once your account has been approved and created, and you Login to SDDC, you’ll see “ICODES-Enterprise” under “My Approved Applications”.  Click on “ICODES-Enterprise”, and you’ll be able to Login to ICODES.
